Terms of Service

1. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. By creating or using an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

The Service is offered globally. You are responsible for following the laws that apply where you live and use the Service. We may restrict access where operating the Service would be unlawful or impractical.

2. What the Service does

Token Beggars is a community where people ask for and offer AI-related help. It is not a marketplace, payment service, escrow service, professional adviser, or provider of AI accounts or credits.

No post, comment, feed, profile, or shared card is verified or endorsed by us merely because it appears on the Service.

3. Accounts and security

• Provide accurate account information and keep your login methods secure
• Do not sell, rent, transfer, impersonate, or create accounts for deceptive purposes
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and assistant tokens
• Revoke an assistant token immediately if it may have been exposed

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and create share cards from that content only as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the Service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable backups, legal retention, and copies already shared by others.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to post your content and that it does not violate these Terms, the Community Rules, applicable law, or another person’s rights.

5. Moderation and enforcement

We may investigate content or conduct and may reject, limit, hide, remove, preserve, or disclose content when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect people or the Service, comply with law, or respond to a valid legal request.

We may warn users, limit features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or prevent re-registration. Urgent or serious cases may be handled without advance notice. Where practical and legally permitted, users may contact us to request review of a moderation decision.

Our right to moderate does not create a promise to review every item before or after publication.

6. No transactions or credential sharing

• Do not request or send money, deposits, fees, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or other value through the Service
• Do not buy, sell, rent, or share AI accounts, subscriptions, credits, or access
• Never post passwords, cookies, API keys, access tokens, verification codes, private links, or other credentials
• Any off-platform interaction is solely between the users involved and at their own risk

7. Disclaimers

The Service and user content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that user content is true, accurate, complete, safe, lawful, useful, available, or capable of producing any promised result.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, that any request will receive help, or that third-party services will remain available. Nothing on the Service is legal, financial, medical, security, or other professional advice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, lost data, lost profits, or harm arising from user content, other users, third-party services, credential disclosure, or off-platform activity.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limits, so these limits apply only to the extent permitted in your jurisdiction.

9. Changes and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We may update these Terms and will identify the effective version. If a material update requires renewed consent, you will be asked to accept it before continuing to use account features.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Account deletion requests may be sent to the contact below until a self-service deletion feature is available.

10. Governing terms and contact

Mandatory consumer and privacy protections in your country or region continue to apply. Any governing-law or forum rule published for the Service will not deprive you of protections that cannot be waived by contract.
